Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They govern your relationship with Goldivex Capital Limited and your use of our trading platforms, funded account program, and education services.

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern all services provided by Goldivex Capital Limited, including live trading accounts, the Funded Account program, education services, and associated platforms. Goldivex Capital Limited Is a Dubai-based financial services company. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Risk Disclosure.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using any services or products offered by goldivex.com (hereinafter referred to as 'goldivex'), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Trading Platform Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from accessing or using Goldivex Capital Limited Services and products.

  • This Trading Platform Agreement applies to all users and customers of Goldivex Capital Limited, including both guests and registered users. By accessing or using our platform, you signify your acceptance of this agreement.

Binding Agreement

  • By agreeing to this Trading Platform Agreement, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Goldivex Capital Limited.

  • You acknowledge and agree that your use of Goldivex Capital Limited services and products constitutes acceptance of this Trading Platform Agreement and any other applicable Goldivex Capital Limited Contractual documentation, including but not limited to the General Terms and Conditions.

Age Requirement

  • You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age for entering into legally binding contracts under applicable laws to use Goldivex Capital Limited services and products. By continuing to access or use our platform, you affirm that you meet this age requirement.

  • Misrepresentation of your age to gain access to Goldivex Capital Limited services and products is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Trading Platform Agreement.

Termination of Agreement

  • Goldivex Capital Limited reserves the right to terminate this Trading Platform Agreement and deny access to its services and products to any user who violates the terms outlined herein.

  • In the event of termination, you must cease all use of Goldivex Capital Limited services and products immediately.

Modifications to Agreement

  • Goldivex Capital Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Trading Platform Agreement at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement periodically for changes.

  • Your continued use of Goldivex Capital Limited services and products after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Prohibited Trading Practices

To maintain a fair, transparent, and orderly trading environment, Goldivex Capital Limited prohibits trading practices that exploit pricing inefficiencies, execution delays, or system vulnerabilities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

6.1

Latency Arbitrage / Latency Trading

Any trading strategy that seeks to profit from execution delays, stale prices, quote latency, price feed discrepancies, or network latency between liquidity providers and the Company's trading platform.

6.2

Scalping

Scalping strategies are not permitted. All positions must be held for a *minimum of 180 seconds (3 minutes)* from the time of execution before they may be closed. Any trade closed before the minimum holding period may, at the Company's sole discretion, be deemed invalid and subject to cancellation.

6.3

High-Frequency Trading (HFT)

The use of automated systems, algorithms, or trading software designed to generate excessive order frequency or exploit execution speed is prohibited unless expressly approved by the Company.

6.4

Platform or Price Feed Abuse

Any attempt to exploit technical errors, pricing anomalies, delayed quotes, system malfunctions, or connectivity issues is strictly prohibited.

If the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that an account has engaged in any prohibited trading practice, it reserves the right to:

  • Cancel or amend any affected trades;

  • Remove or reverse profits derived from prohibited trading activities;

  • Adjust the account balance where necessary;

  • Restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate the trading account without prior notice;

  • Refuse future services or account applications.

The Company's determination regarding prohibited or abusive trading practices shall be final and binding.
